About the event
Come and participate in an evening dedicated to stretching on National Stretching Day! Terry will lead us in various stretches and yoga positions aimed at enhancing flexibility, promoting relaxation, and improving physical well-being. We will also touch upon the advantages of maintaining a healthy diet to complement your fitness and stretching practices.
Remember to bring along a yoga mat, blanket, and water.
Spaces are limited, sign up early!
Cost of the event is $10.
