A sound bath offers a deeply immersive, meditative experience.. Lisa will foster a harmonious, therapeutic setting by rhythmically and melodically playing instruments, guiding participants through a meditation. Remember to bring water and a comfortable mat to lie on, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the event. You are welcome to bring any additional supports or pillows you may require.
