About the event
A new moon sound bath is a deeply immersive and meditative experience that combines the healing power of sound with the energy of the new moon. Lisa will create a harmonic and therapeutic environment by playing the instruments in a rhythmic and melodic way as she guides us through a mediation centered around the full moon.
Please bring water and something to lay on, the goal is to be as comfortable as possible for the duration of the event. Feel free to bring any supports or pillows you need.
